About Howard

Howard has been a resident of Fort Lauderdale, FL since 1990 and has been active in Property Management since 1987 while living in Philadelphia, PA.

From a successful career in the High Tech industry working within sales and business development in the eastern part of the United States, Howard has always had a passion for Real Estate from his early investments in 1987 until he stated Full-time in the Real Estate business in early 2000.

From a successful growing client base and representation of some premier developments in Fort Lauderdale, Howard wanted a more personal atmosphere for his clients where they felt at home and knew that service would be about them, hence he later founded Distinctive Homes Realty, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale and several years later, Distinctive Homes Realty, Inc, in Orlando.

With both locations the reach of services extend to cities such as Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg and the surrounding areas.

Howard is known for his knowledge of the market & industry and dedication to servicing his individual customers needs from initial conversation through closing.

Howard is also very involved in the community in organizations such as: Code Enforcement Board in Fort Lauderdale, Riverwalk Trust, GLCC, Toastmasters International & the Tower Club in Fort Lauderdale.

Howard believes in continued education and honing his craft and has the following accreditations:
